BULBIA D/A PRIMARY AND KINDERGARTEN

 

 

Bulbia Primary was established in the year 2000 under the headship of Mr. Issah Mumuni. The school started with an enrolment of ninety-five (95) pupils in which pupils were housed in mud classrooms put up by the community. The school in 2007 happened to have benefited a 3 unit classroom block from the Millennium Development Authority (MIDA) which boosted the enrolment to one hundred and forty-two (142) pupils.

 

In Setptember 2010, Mr. Dokurugu Adams took over the administration of the school till date. The school can now boast of having an enrolment of two hundred and eighty (284) pupils with three teachers.

 

On 25th September, 2013. The school received a 3 unit classroom block, four seaters KVIP and urinal from the West Mamprusi District Aseembly, whiles another four seater KVIP and urinals are under construction by MIDA. In all, the school have 6 unit permanent classrooms blocks, toilets and urinals.

 

LOCATION: Bulbia is in the West Mamprusi District in the Northern Region. It is located to the West of Walewale town, about thirty kilometers (30KM) away from Walewale.
